Managing Director

David O'Neil

David is a very experienced MRTPI with a good success rate in planning and development including sports and open space related appeal cases, employment, residential, retail and commercial land. He is often tasked to project manage schemes, and the production of sound business plans. David has strong, active networks across the private, public and voluntary sector at senior levels.

He is a Parish Councillor, Village Hall Trustee and led the writing of the local Neighbourhood Plan.

Sue O’Neil MRTPI


Sue is a highly experienced sports planner and MRTPI with extensive track record in sports and leisure planning (open space, playing pitches and sports facilities). She has produced over 100 strategies as evidence base for local authorities, and seen them successfully tested at appeal and in S106 negotiations. Sue has produced the technical justification for needs assessments and policy tests for complex projects. She has strong contacts across the sport and leisure sector.
